Favorite uses for coconut oil in
food and cooking!
-Mix a teaspoon into smoothies.
-Put a little bit in your coffee. (Gives it a slight coconut taste, and also apparently lowers your cholesterol) <--My doctor told me so.
-Mix it into rice or pasta.... doesn't alter taste.
-Use instead of canola oil.
-Mix it into your oatmeal.
Coconut oil is very good for you. I won't go on about why it is, you can google that yourself. I just wanted to give a few ways you can add this to your daily diet. You can check out my post HERE on beauty hacks with coconut oil! It is best to get a virgin or unrefined coconut oil to use in the raw form. If you are going to cook with it all the time, any kind will do. I use refined coconut oil to cook with, since it doesn't burn as quickly as an unrefined one would. Raw is best for beauty use.
